For over fourteen years (along the way earning an AVVO Rating of 9.4 (Superb)) Mr. Naim has represented executives and companies in:
- the negotiation of executive employment agreements, - ensuring compliance with ERISA and other laws in relation to: - equity compensation plans, - deferred compensation arrangements and - 401(k) plans - shepherding business immigration applications to successful conclusions.
Mr. Naim commenced practice at this level first at Cooley Godward and most recently at Fenwick & West. Now he represents clients through his own firm.
